In this class you will learn how to make 5 different Tapas from Spain and sample 3 wines from Spain. The Tapas that you will be making are the following: Spanish Tortillas, Empanadas de Bonito, Gambas al Ajillo (Spanish garlic shrimp), Manchego Croquetas and Pinchos Morunos (Spanish pork skewers). Finish on a sweet note with Churros and chocolate sauce.
Paired with a flight of three wines.
