In this class, you will learn how to make an apple and spice braised pork shoulder for pulled pork sliders.
Then we will teach you how to perfectly sear a pork tenderloin and mustard and cognac pan sauce.
You will finish with a pear and almond strudel, with vanilla ice cream.
