Join chef Marcel and be introduced to some of the classic cuisines of the world. In this first installment learn some of the classic dishes from France. In this class you will learn how to make a salmon carpaccio with citrus vinaigrette, chicken paillard, mustard sauce and confit potatoes and finish on a sweet note with a fresh fruit and ricotta crepe.
