Join chef Marcel and be introduced to some of the classic cuisines of the world. In this third installment learn some of the classic dishes from Italy. In this class you will learn how to make fried calamari with garlic aioli. You will follow with mushroom risotto, parmesan crisp and arugula salad. Finishing on a sweet note with tiramisu.
