Cuisine of the World Series, Spain 101

Join chef Marcel and be introduced to some of the classic cuisines of the world.  In this fifth installment learn some of the classic dishes from Spain.  In this class you will learn how to make Manchego croquetas, Zarzuela de Mariscos (a seafood stew with chorizo) and finish with churros with chocolate sauce.

Food preferences can be accommodated.  People under the age of 18, must be accompanied by an adult.
