Join chef Marcel and be introduced to some of the classic cuisines of the world. In this sixth installment learn some of the classic dishes from Spain. In this class you will learn how to make beef empanadas, Bacalao (cod) with roasted potatoes and a sweet pepper and paprika sauce. Finish on a sweet note with vanilla and saffron flan.
