The world of whisky is vast and ever-evolving… Likewise, the list of great whisky cocktails continues to grow. There are, however, a few tried and true paramount recipes that have set the standard for whisky cocktails. We will try a few in this class, using the fantastic Glendalough Valley whisky.

Learn how to prepare different cocktails – starting with the popular Irish Sour, the Sweet victory and ending the evening with a delicious cocktail, the Old fashioned Irish.
