First, chef Regan will demonstrate how to prepare a series of crowd-pleasing canapés, combined with carefully selected wines focusing on highlighting the flavours and textures of the night’s menu. You’ll taste a series of wonderful wines alongside the canapés so that you can best learn how they complement each other.
