Join guest chef Marshella Powers as she prepares a Chilean Feast!
1. Ensalada de Palmitos
Starting a meal with an “entrada” (which means entrance) is very typical and it always consists of different raw vegetables
2. Pebre Chileno
This is an important part of every Chilean meal and this item is placed on every table when you go into a restaurant and it is paired with empanadas all the time. This is eaten as you enjoy your “entrada” with some crusty bread.
3. Empanadas de Carne
Learn how to assemble each empanada.
4. Mote con huesillos
This would be “El postre” which means dessert and is a very typical fresh dessert/beverage sold in every corner throughout the hot months of the year – very refreshing
