In this class you will learn how to choose the freshest of fish, what to look for and how to filet, remove the pin bones and how to skin the filets.

We will teach you how to make an Asian inspired tartare, how to perfectly pan sear a filet with mussel and saffron cream sauce and finish with a flourless chocolate cake with house made vanilla gelato.

Complementary glass of beer or wine.

 

In this class:

Great cooking is about more than recipes – it’s about timing, technique and having fun. During our classes, you’ll work together with other enthusiasts in a hands-on environment led by our chef.

Food preferences can be accommodated.  People under the age of 18, must be accompanied by an adult.
