In this class, you’ll master the art of selecting the freshest fish, learn what to look for, and how to filet, remove pin bones, and skin the filets.
We’ll guide you through making an Asian-inspired tartare, perfectly pan-searing a filet with a mussel and saffron cream sauce, and conclude with a flourless chocolate cake paired with homemade vanilla gelato. YUM!
