Come and learn to make basic Italian Antipasti for your next get together.  In this class you will learn how to make arancini with marinara sauce, whipped ricotta and honey crostini, roasted artichoke with Parmesan, mozzarella carrozza, and green olive tapenade.  Finish on a sweet note with bambolini (Italian donuts).

Great cooking is about more than recipes – it’s about timing, technique and having fun. During our classes, you’ll be together with other enthusiasts in an interactive setting led by our chef.

Food preferences can be accommodated.  People under the age of 18, must be accompanied by an adult.
