Welcome to my Nonna’s kitchen. With this class we’ll travel to the family homes of traditional Italian kitchens

  • Succulent Beef Involtini
  • Eggplant Parmesan
  • Lemony End of Meal Salad
  • Traditional Tiramisu

Tender thinly sliced beef, stuffed and rolled with fresh basil, and mozzarella cheese, then breaded and baked to a crispy goodness. Then a layered medley of breaded eggplant,

Homemade tomato sauce and Buffalo Mozzarella baked to perfection.

After a rich meal, what’s better than a crisp lemony salad?

To top it all off, Traditional Tiramisu.


In this class:

Great cooking is about more than recipes – it’s about timing, technique and having fun. During our classes, you’ll work together with other enthusiasts in a hands-on environment led by our chef.

Food preferences can be accommodated.  People under the age of 18, must be accompanied by an adult.
