Latin Lovers Feast with Chef Linda Mauti

Enjoy an evening of Latin-inspired dishes.

During this experience, you will appreciate the flavors of Spain and Mexico. With the help of Chef Linda, you will create a number of fantastic dishes.

• Starting with a fresh Fiesta Salad with plantain and roasted chipotle corn, we combine it with Crispy Fish Tacos for our appetizer.
• The main course will be a delicious seared Spanish steak with Patatas Bravas.
• Finally, we finish off the evening with a light delicious Mexican Flan for dessert.

Great cooking is about more than recipes – it’s about timing, technique and having fun. During our classes, you’ll work together with other enthusiasts in a hands-on environment led by our chef.

Food preferences can be accommodated.  People under the age of 18, must be accompanied by an adult.
