In this class, you will learn how to prepare a delicious Mexican-inspired brunch featuring five vibrant dishes:

  1. Mini Flautas – Crispy, golden rolls filled with seasoned meat or vegetables. Garnished with fresh lettuce, cheese, and salsa.
  2. Huevos Rancheros – A classic dish with sunny-side-up eggs on a crispy tortilla, smothered in a flavorful tomato-based ranchero sauce and topped with fresh cilantro.
  3. Mexican Beans – A hearty side of slow-cooked, flavorful Mexican beans, seasoned to perfection with spices and fresh herbs.
  4. Tortillas – Learn how to make traditional soft tortillas from scratch, the perfect accompaniment to your Mexican brunch spread.
  5. Mexican Flan – A rich, creamy caramel flan that offers the ideal sweet ending to your brunch experience.

To complement this vibrant brunch, enjoy a complementary glass of Mimosa

 

In this class:

Great cooking is about more than recipes – it’s about timing, technique and having fun. During our classes, you’ll work together with other enthusiasts in a hands-on environment led by our chef.

Food preferences can be accommodated.  People under the age of 18, must be accompanied by an adult.

Karime Felix is a passionate Mexican entrepreneur who, after spending ten years in Canada, decided to pursue her dream of reconnecting with her roots and sharing the vibrant culture and traditions of her homeland. This led her to start offering cooking experiences that celebrate her authentic Mexican cuisine and culture.

With over 15 years of experience hosting and creating events, Karime’s love for engaging with people shines through in everything she does. Teaching is one of her many passions, and she’s dedicated to sharing the rich flavours of Mexico by guiding others in creating traditional Mexican dishes. Her goal is to bring people closer to the heart of her culture, allowing them to experience the joy and warmth that
Mexican cuisine offers.

Karime’s infectious enthusiasm and dedication to her culture and traditions make her a vibrant presence in every event she creates, always ensuring those around her feel the warmth and happiness of Mexican hospitality.
