Treat your mother to a nice brunch class where you will learn from chef Marcel how to prepare a three-course brunch menu.

  • You will start off with a savory buckwheat waffle with sauteed mushrooms, ham and mustard bechamel sauce.
  • Followed with a lobster eggs Benedict with vanilla Hollandaise and potato rosti.
  • Finishing with Nutella French toast and chocolate sorbet.

In this class:

Great cooking is about more than recipes – it’s about timing, technique and having fun. During our classes, you’ll work together with other enthusiasts in a hands-on environment led by our chef.

Food preferences can be accommodated.  People under the age of 18, must be accompanied by an adult.
