In this class, you’ll dive into the world of mushrooms, learning how to select, buy, and prepare them.
We’ll begin with pecan and bacon-stuffed mushrooms, followed by a savoury pickled chanterelle and cremini mushroom galette.
For the main course, enjoy a grilled portabella, king oyster, and black trumpet mushroom rigatoni topped with toasted panko and parmesan crumble.
To end the evening, we will have a rich New York-style chocolate cheesecake accompanied by a berry coulis.

Great cooking is about more than recipes – it’s about timing, technique and having fun. During our classes, you’ll work together with other enthusiasts in a hands-on environment led by our chef.
Food preferences can be accommodated. People under the age of 18, must be accompanied by an adult.
