Gin is such a key ingredient for cocktails: It’s light, it’s botanical, and it blends with all manner of juices, sodas and, well, pretty much anything else you can think of. The Glendalough brand has a rich history and culture. Based in Ireland, 4 friends decided to build a distillery in one of their favorite spots: the Glendalough mountains. We now have the pleasure of tasting their fantastic gin.

In this class, guests will:

Learn how to prepare different cocktails – starting with the popular Glendalough Gin Fizz, the Glendalough Collins and ending the evening with a delicious cocktail, the Cucumber Glendalough ‘n Tonic.
