This dinner will feature a Prime Rib Dinner with Yorkshire Pudding, Yukon Mashed, Au jus, buttered carrots and fine French beans.

Four scotches will be featured showing an array of styles, each a masterpiece in its own right. From bold and smoky to lighter and fruitier.

This event will be hosted by restaurateur Jim Byers whose restaurant had over 150 different single malts on offer for more than 30 years and has hosted scotch tastings, dinners, and Robbie Burns nights.

This will be an event you won’t want to miss.

 

In this class:

Great cooking is about more than recipes – it’s about timing, technique and having fun. During our classes, you’ll work together with other enthusiasts in a hands-on environment led by our chef.

Food preferences can be accommodated. People under the age of 18, must be accompanied by an adult.
