Martini. Shaken, not mixed.” This is how James Bond asks for his favourite drink.
But does a cocktail prepared in a shaker taste different from the same recipe prepared in a mixing glass? The answer to this question could surprise many, and, as some of you already know, James Bond used an inappropriate technique for his favourite drink. However, there are several preparations; if they are not shaken, we would be unable to savour each of the ingredients that compose them.
In this class guests will:
Learn how to make different shaken cocktails. Going through the famous Whisky Sour and Gin Basil Smash, and finally, a noble cocktail brought from Latin America, Pisco Sour.
