This class will be presented in French

In this class you will learn how to make 5 different Tapas from Spain and sample 3 wines from Spain.

The Tapas that you will be making are the following:

  • Albondigas (Spanish meatballs)
  • Spanish clams with Chorizo
  • Champinones Al Ajillo (Spanish Garlic Mushrooms)
  • Croquetas de Jamon and Mojo Picante (Spanish Red Pepper Sauce)
    and finish on a sweet note with
  • Spanish Sponge cake.

Paired with a flight of three wines.

 

In this class:

Great cooking is about more than recipes – it’s about timing, technique and having fun. During our classes, you’ll work together with other enthusiasts in a hands-on environment led by our chef.

 

Food preferences can be accommodated.  People under the age of 18, must be accompanied by an adult.
