In this class you will learn how to make 5 different Tapas from Spain and sample 3 wines from Spain.  The Tapas that you will be making are the following: Albondigas (Spanish meatballs), Spanish clams with Chorizo, Champinones Al Ajillo (Spanish Garlic Mushrooms), Croquetas de Jamon and Mojo Picante (Spanish Red Pepper Sauce) and finish on a sweet note with Spanish Sponge cake.

Paired with a flight of three wines.

In this class:

Great cooking is about more than recipes – it’s about timing, technique and having fun. During our classes, you’ll be together with other enthusiasts in an interactive setting led by our chef.

Food preferences can be accommodated.  People under the age of 18, must be accompanied by an adult.
