In this class, you will learn how to choose the right meats, and the percentage of fat content to make the ultimate burger at home.
You will grind your own meats and make some of the toppings. We will start by making salmon and shrimp sliders, followed by your ultimate beef burger with all the toppings, and finish with an ice cream and caramel dessert burger.

Great cooking is about more than recipes – it’s about timing, technique and having fun. During our classes, you’ll work together with other enthusiasts in a hands-on environment led by our chef.
Food preferences can be accommodated. People under the age of 18, must be accompanied by an adult.
