In this class you will learn the basics of preparing raw seafood, fish and meat

Presented in French

  • You will start by preparing a scallop ceviche with cilantro and chilis.
  • Follow after with a salmon carpaccio with fennel and lemon.
  • Finishing with a beef tartare with truffle oil, capers and pickles.
  • You will finish on a sweet note with an apple honey cake, cinnamon crème Anglaise and toffee sauce.

Great cooking is about more than recipes – it’s about timing, technique and having fun. During our classes, you’ll work together with other enthusiasts in a hands-on environment led by our chef.

Food preferences can be accommodated.  People under the age of 18, must be accompanied by an adult.
