Join us for an elegant evening in our wine cellar, where you’ll savor an Italian-inspired 5-course dinner paired with 5 exceptional Italian wines.

• Begin with a glass of Prosecco served with a selection of antipasti.
• Next, enjoy an Italian white wine alongside prosciutto-wrapped shrimp and melon.
• Then, savour a Tuscan red wine paired with spinach and ricotta gnudi, complemented by house marinara sauce.
• For the main course, relish a bold Barolo from Piedmont with truffle-braised lamb shanks, silky polenta, gremolata, and a medley of wild mushrooms.
• Conclude your meal with a glass of Moscato and a citrus pastry cream torta.

Great cooking is about more than recipes – it’s about timing, technique and having fun. During our classes, you’ll work together with other enthusiasts in a hands-on environment led by our chef.
