Each day teen chefs will explore new recipes and techniques using fresh, local, and in-season ingredients. We build on each day\u2019s discoveries to help every camper learn and grow while having fun with peers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Learning Skills for Independence:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Teens will learn age appropriate skills &amp; techniques like proper measuring, mixing, and dough handling to boost their confidence in the kitchen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Delicious, Creative Recipes: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Teens will try out fun new recipes for pastries, breads, cookies, chocolate (and more!) that let them experiment with new flavours and express their creativity.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, 'Noto Sans', sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji', 'Segoe UI Symbol', 'Noto Color Emoji';\">Exploring Flavours: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our classes introduce fun twists on familiar recipes and\u00a0 explore tastes and techniques from around the world.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Disclaimer: We do our best to accommodate allergies where possible, but other guests will be handling these ingredients and cross-contamination may occur.
