In this class, you’ll discover the secrets to mastering seafood cuisine.

You’ll learn how to select and prepare an array of ocean treasures, beginning with scampi in garlic and lemon on crostini. Next, you’ll craft perfectly pan-seared scallops with a rich mussel sauce.

To finish, enjoy a walnut cake drizzled with dulce de leche caramel sauce and complemented by a refreshing cocoa sorbet.
