• Begin with a welcoming Hiyayakko canapé featuring avocado, tomato, seaweed, green onion, and Shoyu
• Chef KM will demonstrate the technique of Nigiri Sushi, Hoso Maki Sushi, and Ura Maki Sushi paving the way for your hands-on sushi-making experience
• Wrap up your class with the comforting warmth of hot miso soup and the refreshing crunch of a fresh salad

Great cooking is about more than recipes – it’s about timing, technique and having fun. During our classes, you’ll be together with other enthusiasts in an interactive setting led by our chef.

Food preferences can be accommodated.  People under the age of 18, must be accompanied by an adult.
