Sit down 5-course meal

Experience a prestigious evening in our wine cellar with a Holiday-inspired 5-course dinner, expertly paired with 5 exceptional wines from across the world.

• Start with a glass of Champagne and small bites
• Next, enjoy a glass of Chardonnay paired with house-cured salmon and Mascarpone mousse
• Then, savour a glass of Burgundy Pinot Noir paired with wild mushroom tartelette.
• Next course you get a glass of Gran Reserva Rioja wine paired with Beef tenderloin, peppercorn and Brandy sauce.
• Finally, finish with a nice glass of Sauternes served with peach and white chocolate tart with house-made vanilla and blue cheese gelato.

Before each course, you’ll receive a detailed description of the wine, including its region and intriguing facts.

Great cooking is about more than recipes – it’s about timing, technique and having fun. During our classes, you’ll work together with other enthusiasts in a hands-on environment led by our chef.

Food preferences can be accommodated. People under the age of 18, must be accompanied by an adult.
