Join us for an elegant evening in our wine cellar, featuring a Spanish-inspired 5-course dinner paired with 5 exceptional Spanish wines.

• Begin with a glass of Cava and a selection of Tapas.
• Next, enjoy a Spanish white wine paired with tuna escabeche.
• Then, savor a Rioja red wine alongside Croquetas de Jamón Serrano.
• For the main course, delight in a bold red from the Duero region paired with Cordero Asado (Spanish lamb chops), complemented by patatas al ajillo and pisto.
• Conclude your meal with a glass of Pedro Ximénez sherry and a rich chocolate cake.

Before each course, you’ll receive a detailed description of the wine, including its region and intriguing facts.

Great cooking is about more than recipes – it’s about timing, technique and having fun. During our classes, you’ll work together with other enthusiasts in a hands-on environment led by our chef.
