Indulge and eat well at the same time with guest instructor Kate Butland AKA “The Practical Escapist”!

Guests will learn to make a wholesome and hearty dish: zesty spinach meets toasty chickpeas in a creamy coconut sauce, poured over a tender roasted sweet potato.

Served with a fresh crusty bread and finished off with pear crumble for dessert.

Great cooking is about more than recipes – it’s about timing, technique and having fun. During our classes, you’ll work together with other enthusiasts in a hands-on environment led by our chef.
