Q: Does Brix accommodate allergies & dietary needs?

Our team will make every effort to accommodate your needs where possible.
Each class description lists most common possible allergens.
Reach out to  [email protected] with any questions.

Q: Should I eat before a cooking class?

It is up to your discretion. Each class consists of a three-course meal unless otherwise noted. In an effort to help our environment, you are encouraged to bring your own take home container for any leftovers you may wish to enjoy later.

Q: How long are classes?

Classes range between 1-3 hours, depending on the class.

Q: Are classes hands-on?

The answer is YES, unless otherwise noted as a Demonstration or Demo Class. Brix wants you to feel a part of the experience. Our hope is that our guests will gain knowledge, skills, and confidence while actually prepping our 3-course meal or our cocktails.

Q: Is there a dress code?

No, we simply ask that you wear comfortable clothing and footwear.
Be aware you may be standing for extended periods of time.
Please refrain from wearing scented products such as cologne, perfume and fragrant personal care products.

Q: How big are the classes?

Depending on the class and room location, classes can accommodate 10-36.

Q: Do you tip the chef and team?

If you feel your experience was worthwhile, you most certainly may acknowledge the team in this manner.

Q: What time should I arrive for class?

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early in order to register. Classes begin promptly.
