Discover the tradition of Maritime cold plates in this fresh, flavourful cooking class celebrating classic Atlantic Canadian comfort food with a vibrant twist.

You’ll learn how to prepare a variety of chilled favourites perfect for gatherings, picnics, or summer entertaining. The menu includes maple curry chicken salad, Solomon Grundy (smoked red herring paté), classic ham salad, ploys with crab salad, and a rich porter iced custard to finish.

A nostalgic yet elevated take on a Maritime staple.
