Join Chef Linda in bringing Land and Sea together!

We will start with grilled ripe peaches, creamy burrata, arugula, toasted pistachios, prosciutto crisps and a basil lemon vinaigrette.

In this class you will prepare a decadent grilled Filet Mignon and pan seared scallops with a Lemon tarragon butter. Served with charred corn, avocado and cherry tomato salad, crispy rosemary cornmeal potatoes and grilled asparagus with lemon zest.

For a light sweet treat to end a perfect meal: Lemon Blueberry Mascarpone Mousse.
