Join Chef Linda in a night of fun, food and drink – omakase style!
Omakase: Literally translates from Japanese to “I’ll leave it up to you”. Put your trust in Chef Linda to create and guide the meal experience. A progression of courses that showcase creativity, seasonality, technique and storytelling.
A burger Omakase takes the idea of a burger and elevates it into a refined tasting experience.
First Course: Mini aged Beef Tartare slider, butter toasted brioche, hand cut dry aged beef tartare, quail egg yolk jam, shallot confit, fresh chive, smoked sea salt | Paired with a crisp lager
Second Course: Wagyu smash patty, american cheese, spicy gochujang mayo, pickled cucumber, crispy shallots on a steamed Bao bun | Paired with an iced sake
Third Course (the star of the show!): House ground blue dot tenderloin, bone marrow butter, aged cheddar, bacon onion marmalade, and butter lettuce on a potato bun, served with duck fat frites and rosemary salt | Paired with a mini Caesar
For dessert: Warm Brioche donut bun, vanilla bean ice cream, bourbon caramel, candied bacon crumble, dark chocolate drizzle.
