Some of my favourite memories are from my Nonna (Grandmother)‘s kitchen.

As well as my favourite classes to teach.

Of course we will start off with classic assorted Italian Charcuterie with traditional cured meats, cheeses and marinated vegetables.

In this class you will learn how to make an authentic Manicotti, similar to Cannelloni but much lighter and delicate pasta. We will fill this delectable pasta with two types of fillings.

Served with Nonna’s classic Tomato sauce and of course we need to zuppa all that great sauce up with homemade Rosemary Focaccia.

No Italian meal is complete without dessert Tiramisu Cake pops and a heaping bowl of Mascarpone mousse.
