Elegant and little retro and perfect for a dinner party or just a fun Monday night!
Steak Diane is a Pan-seared filet mignon medallion finished with a flambeed cognac and mushroom sauce. We will start the class with roasted red and golden beets, warm goat cheese crottin, toasted walnuts and orange thyme vinaigrette.
Served with silky french mashed potatoes and butter glazed haricot verts and shallots.
A perfect dessert pairing: Vanilla Creme Brulée.
