In this class you will learn how to clean, cook and season your sushi rice.
We will show you how to properly prepare your fish for sashimi and then you will be shown how to form two styles of maki rolls, one spicy tuna roll and an inside outside salmon and shrimp tempura roll.
We will start with a miso and dashi soup, followed by your maki rolls and finish on a sweet note with a decadent chocolate cheese cake.

Having spent the last 12 years as a Product Advisor for a leading beverage supplier and specializing in food and beverage pairing, he brings with him a wealth of knowledge, passion and professionalism.
When not involved with wine and food, you can find Marcel in the woods foraging wild mushrooms and plants, or fishing the nearest stream or ocean wharf.
