Let’s join Chef Linda with memories from her travels and childhood of light sweet treats from Southern Italy.
A Chef inspired light meal is included in this class – you will take all your sweet masterpieces home.
We will start with Tuscan Lemon olive oil cake, a light , almost healthy moist loaf cake made with good olive oil, fresh lemon zest and a touch of vanilla.
Then on to my family’s favorite and Nonna’s secret recipe of creamy ricotta cake with a hint of orange.
Last but absolutely not least a twist on the traditional espresso Tiramisu: a raspberry chocolate Tiramisu.
