Let’s dive deep into the watery world of scallops & mussels!

Learn the techniques of cleaning, cooking and serving fresh local seafood.

We will start off the class with making buttery seared scallops served with a roasted squash cream sauce.

Our main course will be classic French mussels (moules marinières) with saffron cream and leek frites served with crusty warm baguette.

We must have dessert perfectly paired for a night of seafood delights: lemon-thyme panna cotta with sea salt caramel.
