Fernando Campos
Fernando Campos, originally from Chile, arrived in 2022 with the dream of starting a new life in Canada.
He spent his first few years working at Brix, where he immersed himself in Acadian culture and the warmth of the community. Since then, he has blended his scientific background with mixology, bringing new perspectives to the craft – from molecular techniques to incorporating local ingredients into his creations.
You can find him at Taverna: the premier Greek restaurant in the province, located right here in Moncton.
