Before joining the BRIX Experience team, Maddy honed his craft at some of Ontario’s most renowned restaurants. Working in high-calibre kitchens, he developed a deep appreciation for exceptional ingredients, refined techniques, and the art of creating memorable experiences around the table.

Since joining BRIX Experience, Maddy has become a driving force behind the culinary experience. His approach blends refined cuisine with warm, approachable hospitality, resulting in dishes that are as inspiring as the events and experiences that surround them.

Now leading the kitchen at Saint George Events and Wine, Maddy brings that same philosophy to every menu he creates. From intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations, he focuses on thoughtful, carefully executed, and beautifully presented cuisine that brings people together and leaves a lasting impression.
