Louis-Jérôme Doise is the Area Manager and the Senior Single Malt Specialist for The Dalmore in Canada for Whyte & Mackay, the company behind the world renowned and distinguished whiskies The Dalmore, Jura, Fettercairn and Tamnavulin.

With an accent that’s definitely not Scottish, he travels from Canadian cost to Canadian Coast to spread the word of these two fine unique Single Malt Distilleries, and what makes them stand out from the rest.

With over 18 years of experience in the spirits industry, he’s also an aviation fanatic and will go out of his way to try a new route, a new product, or a new plane!
