New Mixology Experience with Tracy Pitre

Sève Bar-Apéros’ own Master Mixologist, Tracy Pitre, invites you to her very first Mixology Masterclass at BRIX Experience, where she’ll share her incredible expertise in cocktail creation and the art of bartending.

During this interactive experience, you’ll learn how to craft three of her signature cocktails:

Gin Fizz Roulette

A bright and refreshing gin cocktail featuring fresh cucumber, mint, elderflower, and a splash of soda water, creating a crisp, herbaceous finish.

Pisco Elixir

A silky, fruit-forward cocktail showcasing pandan-infused pisco, juicy raspberry, lychee, and fresh lime, beautifully balanced with delicate floral and vanilla notes.

Ground Control

A bold tequila sour layered with bright citrus, coconut, and limoncello, finished with freshly toasted coconut for a rich, aromatic garnish.
