Allergies, gluten free, vegan or plant based requests are common, at Brix will make every effort to accomodate your needs. Simply contact us no later than 48 hours in advance of your class.
We certainly don’t recommend it as you will be cooking quite a bit of food. Each class consists of a three-course meal unless otherwise noted. In an effort to help our environment, you are encouraged to bring your own take home container for any leftovers you may wish to enjoy later.
Classes range between 1-3 hours, depending on the class.
The answer is YES, unless otherwise noted as a Demonstration or Demo Class. BRIX wants you to feel a part of the experience. Our hope is that our guests will gain knowledge, skills, and confidence while actually prepping our 3-course meal or our cocktails.
